Tooele County supports Mountain West Medical Center every day, and we’d like to return the favor. If you’re interested in having us sponsor your sports team, fundraiser, event, or other local happening, please get in touch and we’ll talk about how collaboration can make our community even stronger.

All sponsorship or donation requests need to be submitted in writing. Pleas include:

• Information regarding your event or organization
• Dates of event
• Amount of donation or sponsorship requested
• Benefit(s) the hospital receives in lieu of donation, including hospital logo on banner or T-shirt
