Prenatal Classes
Classes are a series of 2 sessions and topics include:
- Pregnancy and labor comfort techniques
- Medical procedures
- Cesarean birth
- Understanding newborns
- 2nd session is devoted to lactation information
Please call 435-843-2810 to reserve your spot for the next series or for more information. Classes are held bi-monthly on Wednesday evenings.
New Sibling Classes
Help your little ones get ready for the big day when they become a big brother or sister. This class is for 2-8 year-olds who are within 3 months of the arrival of their new baby sibling. Class includes:
- A special story
- Hands-on use of life-like dolls to learn proper handling with supervised care
- Tour the women’s center
- Receive a Big Brother or Big Sister t-shirt and certificate for completing the class.
Call 435-843-2810 to register for the next available class. Class is held quarterly on a Saturday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
